Our Cesarina welcomes us in the large country house, to make us experience an enogastronomic experience through the typical products and recipes of Gallura; from the Gallura soup to the classic seadas to end with sweetness.

We spend a really nice time with Maria, she is really genteel and she teached us the real Sardinian cousine. She prepared us an authentic island appetizer with wine and cheese. We recommended 100%!!

We would give Maria 10 stars if possible. Our children and us parents had so much fun making pasta at Maria’s place. She is a very welcoming host with lots of knowledge and passion. And she was able to accommodate for our needs. We drank lovely wine, for the kids she had softdrinks. And we were able to enjoy many Easter dishes that Maria was baking alongside. A perfect time, thank you, Maria!

It was a perfect afternoon/evening, and we are glad that we have had this wonderful opportunity. We enjoyed making and eating Sardinian gnocchetti, Sardinian ravioli and traditional tiramisu. Maria was very kind and helpful in answering all our questions. The kitchen and place were perfect for this event, including beautiful decorations. It felt very local and inviting. It is definitely something we'll remember and talk about even after our holidays.
